Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice

We kindly request at least 4 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your slot to another guest.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment price.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive for their booked appointment without prior notice will be charged the full treatment price.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment subject to availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp as early as possible.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
