Treatment Refunds

Completed treatments are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please speak with our manager before leaving the spa — we will do our best to resolve your concern immediately, including offering a complimentary adjustment or a future visit credit at our discretion.

Cancelled Appointments

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or credit note. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Membership Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. Annual membership plans may be cancelled within 7 days of the start date for a pro-rated refund, minus any treatments already used. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice — no refund is issued for the current month.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used for any treatment or package of equivalent value. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued.
