1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 111 International Spa website and all services provided at our premises at Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032. By booking an appointment, purchasing a membership or gift voucher, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Appointments

All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation is provided via WhatsApp within 2 hours. We reserve the right to reschedule if necessary due to staff illness or unforeseen circumstances. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time without reduction in charge.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations require 24 hours' notice. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for complete details on cancellation terms and eligible refunds.

4. Health & Medical Conditions

You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before your treatment. We reserve the right to decline treatment where we believe it may pose a health risk. Treatments involving heat, pressure, or oils may not be suitable for certain conditions.

5. Code of Conduct

We are a professional therapeutic wellness spa. Any form of inappropriate behaviour — verbal, physical, or otherwise — will result in immediate termination of the session with full charges applied and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement. We operate a zero-tolerance policy without exception.

6. Memberships

Membership terms, including payment cycles, cancellation, and pause provisions, are as described on our Membership page. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

7. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue and are non-transferable for cash. They cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless specifically stated. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

9. Liability

111 International Spa shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. We strongly advise leaving valuables at home. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the treatment purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
